Nonggang Nature Reserve - Nanning Area

Day   1  Nanning/Longzhou - Birding in the Nanning area during the morning at the

            Liangfengjiang Forest Park.  After lunch we drive to Longzhou county and

            transfer to our hotel.  LD

      2    Longzhou - We drive to the Nonggang Nature Reserve in the morning and

            explore the area of # 3 merestone.  It is the place where the Chinese researcher

            Jiang found the Nonggang Babbler a new species in 2008.  Stop for a picnic

            lunch provided.  Continue to explore the #10 merestone in the afternoon.

            Drive back to the Longzhou county hotel to overnight.  BLD

      3    Longzhou/Nanning - Explore the Longjiang area in the morning before lunch

            and then drive back to Nanning in the afternoon.  Transfer to our hotel in

            Nanning.  BLD

Best time for birding in this area is late October to February in this south China area.  Over

50 species of birds and we can supply a list of them to you.  This tour can be an extension to

another tour or connected to other birding segments if you wish.

Included:  Hotels, meals and local transportation.  All tickets required, English speaking Bird Expert or Ornithologist from the area will be accompanying you.
